Properties

Ready to use, water and paraffin-based concrete release agent
Excellent chemical-physical separating effect
For excellent concrete texture qualities
Coats wooden formwork to prevent swelling, warping and drying
Minimises concrete residues on the formwork
Produces a largely weather-resistant release film
Biodegradable acc. to OECD-301 F
Quality level 3 according to DGNB* criteria matrix ENV 1.2 "Risks to the local environment"
Easy to spray
Low odour
Solvent-free
Requires a flash-off time of approx. 15-20 minutes at 20°C

Applications

For absorbent textured formwork, e.g. timber, polystyrene and OSB formwork
For non-absorbent textured formliners
For the production of high-quality concrete surfaces and architectural concrete
For precast and in-situ concrete construction and bridge construction
For sealing new timber formwork panels to prevent wood sugar from escaping
For use on construction sites with a long service life and weathering of the treated formwork
